Shipping begins right after our warehouse finishes processing. That step needs 1 - 3 business days, depending on design and item. Because we make most pieces on demand, customers get top quality!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE COMPLETED?

When your return has been approved, give us a working tracking number for the parcel you send back. Our warehouse then receives and checks it, and refunds or exchanges normally take 1–3 business days.
Busy seasons, holidays and sale periods may make this take longer.
